Little Brother é um grupo de hip hop americano de Durham, Carolina do Norte, e seus Membros sao: Phonte e Rapper Big Pooh. Produtor 9th Wonder foi uma parte do grupo desde o seu início, mas antes de gravar o álbum Getback saiu. A sua estreia do grupo foi com o álbum The Listening (2003) foi muito elogiado, e foi seguido por A Chitlin Circuito 1/5 Mixtape em 2005 e os do grupo, segundo álbum, The Minstrel Show, também lançado em 2005 e recebeu um "XL" da revista XXL e 4.5 a partir de microfones . O grupo excursiona com freqüência com seus oficiais DJ, Flash.
Em uma entrevista com MVRemix.com, Phonte explica as origens do seu nome do grupo: "Tribe, De La, PE ... eram como os nossos grandes irmãos no jogo agora somos os irmãos de pouco movimento ... que exerçam a a tradição da boa música.
